The libraries did the same. Consequently, today we have a reality in which there is an ocean of information, and this ocean is growing day by day. Such availability and access to information are certainly good, but it raises the need to filter the quality and future applicability.

The answers to these three questions are very important, as they determine priority, depth, future usability, and are related to finding specific information in the ocean of information.
